Pre treatment Lymphoma PET

Pre therapy F-18 FDG PET

During the post-genomic era, significant advances in our understanding of the molecular basis of disease have been made.  The power of functional/molecular imaging in translating this knowledge into effective therapy cannot be underestimated.  Molecular imaging plays a vital role in early identification of molecular markers, in the development and credentialing of molecular-targeted therapies, and in monitoring phenotypic response to therapy.

The VCU Molecular Imaging Center provides a comprehensive resource available to empower basic, translational, and clinical research through the application of imaging.
